Gabriel Rios and Augusto Bracho were ardent fans of each other’s music before Rios had the idea of asking the Venezuelan songwriter to join him in Europe with the goal of performing and writing songs together. Having collaborated with Gabriel Rios on previous records, producer and multi/instrumentalist Ruben Samama closed the circle and before long a new album was on the horizon. This upcoming album 'Edad media' is a collection of original compositions, that, while taking inspiration in the Latin American canon, manages to remain rooted in the ever present. A trio of distinct travelers (Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Netherlands) collide, conflagrate, and amalgamate under the name Sietepè.
